This module aims to train security professionals in the basics of human rights and international law and to help integrate what is the responsibility of the hierarchy. A high level of reactivity in the face of incidents implies a high command requirement. Security professionals will understand the importance of giving clear orders that are respectful of human rights, and the responsibility to correct and punish illegal behavior.
