Obtaining sensitive information and intelligence can sometimes run counter to human rights, including the right to privacy. It is therefore very important to understand the importance of this right to privacy as a human right. Through this module, security professionals will understand the links between intelligence activities and human rights, master exceptions such as the collection of public data, and recognize prohibited intelligence activities.
